Q. When should I contact you?
A. The best time to call us is when you have decided to start
your search and before you've begun shopping. We can advise you how to bypass all the stress and hassle.

Q. How is RightCar For You different from Internet buying services?
A. First, we represent only our clients' interests. Unlike the impersonal on-line services, we have built our reputation on personal contact with our clients. We research many dealers, not just the usual single dealer who has an exclusive agreement with the on-line service. Additionally, with our service, your information is private and secure; you don't have
to transmit personal and financial data through the Web.

Q. What about warranty work and service?
A. There is no difference in the manufacturer's warranty. You schedule warranty work and service just as you have with your other vehicles.

Q. What if I'm interested in leasing?
A. If you are currently leasing, we will advise you on the best alternative for your lease termination. We aggressively research the market for the best lease value for our clients, both new and used vehicles, and compare purchasing versus leasing decisions.

Q. Can you help me with my trade-in?
A. We will counsel you to determine the best strategy for handling your trade-in to realize the maximum benefit.

Q. On a New vehicle, can I purchase from my favorite dealer?
A. We research all the dealers in your market in order to advise you of the best value. Our analysis will include the dealer you prefer. The decision where to purchase is totally yours.

Q. Does RightCar advise clients on the purchase of a used vehicle?
A. Yes, we work with our clients to find the best value on a late model used vehicle. We usually recommend one with remaining factory warranty or one from a dealer who offers extended warranties.
